Short-Term Loans (2 weeks – 6 months)
These are short-term bridge loans to help provide funding for a purchase, and quick resale of the property. Low to no rehab needed to be done for resale.
Long-Term Lending (12 months – 24 months)
These notes will be secured by a long-term hold property, and will have ample equity built into the deal to incentivize the borrowers to perform! NO rehab needed.
